Ticker Symbol Changed to BALL

It’s a subtle but notable change. Ball’s ticker symbol has changed from BLL to BALL effective May 10th. Since our initial public offering in 1972, Ball stock has traded under the ticker symbol BLL – four letter ticker symbols were previously unavailable. To celebrate our 50th anniversary as a public company and to ensure the BALL ticker symbol represents our 142-year company and its listing on the New York Stock Exchange, we are excited to change our ticker symbol to BALL.

No action is required from Ball shareholders relative to the ticker symbol change. The seamless transition to the new ticker symbol was coordinated through the NYSE and Computershare, the company’s shareholder recordkeeper and transfer agent.
